🐾Class Information 🐾

Welcome to Pawsideyoga!

Please see below anything you need to know when signing up for or participating in one of our puppy yoga classes. Of course, if you still have some questions to ask, please do not hesitate to contact us for a response via email.

Class information:

Our classes are one hour long, divided into two 30 minutes.

One-hour classes consist of:

  • 30 minutes of yoga (comfortable stretches, relaxing breathing techniques and meditation, done in the Pawsideyoga way)
  • 30 minutes of quality time with the pups (receiving many cuddles + kisses, playing with our pups and their toys)!

Our aim for these classes is to offer you healing and an escape from our busy day to day lives, especially after a very hard year this is the one of the best ways to unwind if you love yoga or animals or both! We create a little pocket of peace amidst the hustle and bustle of life.

Our classes are taught by our fully qualified and trained yoga teachers, whom we work with closely to keep improving the quality of our sessions. We partner with therapy and service dog trainers, rescues and licensed breeders, who all have pups that need to learn socialisation. All animals are vet-checked, vaccinated, de-wormed and flea-free, to make sure we’re protecting both yours and the puppies health.

Although the puppies are toilet trained, they are still very young and may have little accidents here and there (our amazing PAWsome team members will be there to clean up any mess. You may want to bring a spare top or bottoms. We provide yoga mats but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

The puppy breed and number of the puppies varies depending on the class. There is also a low risk that we may have to cancel a session, if we believe it’s in the best interest of the puppies we invited. If so, you are entitled to rebook for any future class with a given code.

Absolutely! We welcome yogis of any experience level, whether you are completely new or a seasoned pro.

Do I need to bring my ticket to the class?

Not at all. To do our bit for the environment and avoid the use of paper, we will ask for your first name/last name which you booked with at the door, failing this we may ask for your order number.
