Please see below anything you need to know when signing up for or participating in one of our classes. Of course, if you’ve still got some questions, don’t hesitate to contact us via email, Facebook or Instagram.
One-hour sessions consist of:
- 30 minutes of yoga (relaxing asana—yoga postures, pranayama—breathing techniques and meditation)
- 30 minutes of quality time with the pups!
Our aim for these classes is to offer you healing, and an escape. Whether you live with physical and/or mental health conditions, or you want to unwind after a long day (or you really, really love yoga or puppies!), we want to create a little pocket of peace amidst the hustle and bustle of life.
Our classes are taught by our fully qualified and trained yoga teachers, whom we work with closely to keep improving the quality of our sessions. We partner with therapy and service dog trainers, rescues and licensed breeders, who all have pups that need to learn socialisation. All animals are vet-checked, vaccinated, de-wormed and flea-free, to make sure we’re protecting both your and their health.
Although the puppies are toilet trained, they are still very young and may have little accidents here and there (we’ll be there to tidy up, so leave the doggy bags at home!). Having said that, you may want to bring a spare top or bottoms if you don’t fancy your chances. We also provide yoga mats, so no sinking feeling once you’ve already set off!
The breed and number of the puppies varies depending on the session. There is also a low risk that we may have to cancel a session, if we believe it’s in the best interest of the puppies we invited. If so, you are entitled to rebook for any future class with a given code. Please view our ticket policy page for ticket information. Click here for class information.
What should I do if I’m running late?
All of our sessions run on time so that all participants can enjoy the maximum amount of time unwinding yoga and cuddling with their furry friends.
5 minutes late - We can enter you into class
More than 5 minutes late - We would not allow you into the yoga part of the class, you would be politely asked to wait to go into the second part of the class.
Can I arrive early to class?
Please do not arrive to your session any earlier than 5 minutes.
*Please be aware that photos and videos may be taken throughout the session and used on our socials or products.
*Feel free to snap some pics with the pups, however, we do not allow videography, such as a go pro camera, of the full session in order to respect the privacy of other yogis.
